alamak.... da miss wt derma darah la..huhuhu. Bagosnyer derma darah nie kte dapat ban2 tambah bekalan darah yang semakin kurang kt hospital2.. Atleast ader gak la sikit sumbangan kte utk masyarakat huhuhu....

Pengalaman aku dlu derma darah memang bes.. time 2 kat Poli S.Alam..Upps luper lak aku yang skg ni Poli S.Alam da di naik Taraf jadi University Politeknik... Congrate buat Poli S.alam...tanah tumpahnyer diplomaku huhuhu... berbalik pade cite aku derma darah... (bukan derma dare ek jgn silap pandangan lak huhu) mang bes sgt, kire 2 pgalaman aku yg ptme kali ar.. ak gi ngan member2 ak time 2 dowg bukak kt jabatan kejuruteraan awam .. huhu dapat cuci mater ar pe ag..

tp malangnyer kwn2 ak xdpt derma coz dowg ade kurang sikit dlm blood dowg, aku terlepas sowg, mula2 xnak wt cz aku tgok jarum bapak besau....tp b4 nk derma 2 kne g mam dlu nati xpasal2 ader yang kne tambah darah..org sibuk2 nk derma awk lak kne  masok kn darah..hehe.. pas2..da abis je mam aku pon pe ag..g r kt tmpat misi 2..aku dok smbil2 tgok muke2 budak2 yang derma darah 2... slumberland je muke dowg cm xde ape2 huhu.. aku pon dengan beraninyer ckp kt misi 2 lambat ag ker..xsabar la kononnyer.. tp bila misi kuakn jarum 2 ADUHHHH... aku dlu ttup mate agagagaaggaagaa.... yg mlgnyer dowg xdpt nk cari salur darah ak ... smp masok kua jarum kt pelipat tangan ak, sakit gle time 2...las2 dpt r..ak tgok darah ak ngalir kt tiub 2, tp ak wt i paket jer... ak dapat r pegang 1 paket darah ak...panas ooooo huhu.... pas abis 2 ak lek bilik, rehat2..pale pening gle mayb coz byk darah da kne dermakn....

After 1 month 2 ak dpt ase perubahan kt dri ak..myb ni la efek derma darah kot..berat bdn ak makin naik..ak pon da xtau nk turunkan cm ner..jenoh ak bli produk byk2 tp xmau gk..huhu
